SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping within Greece
Yaxe Accessories offers free shipping on all orders within Greece. Orders within Greece are shipped via ACS Courier or the ELTA courier, depending on the destination and the most appropriate delivery method for each order.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or delivery to remote areas and islands.
International Shipping
Yaxe Accessories currently ships internationally to selected countries. The shipping cost for international orders is €30 per order, unless a different amount is clearly displayed during checkout.
At present, we do not ship to the United States or the United Kingdom.
Available international destinations are determined by the countries enabled at checkout. If your country is not available as a shipping destination during checkout, we are currently unable to ship an order to that destination.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and may be affected by the carrier, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after the order has been successfully received and payment has been confirmed. If there is an unexpected delay or an issue affecting the availability or dispatch of your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided with your order.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.
Yaxe Accessories does not determine or control charges imposed by customs or other authorities in the destination country.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible at yaxeaccessories@gmail.com.
If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery information. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Shipments If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect product, or you experience a delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible at yaxeaccessories@gmail.com, including your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the package or product.
We will investigate the issue and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Return & Refund Policy.
